Standard sessions are 50–60 minutes. Initial evaluations may take slightly longer.

Your initial session focuses on understanding your concerns, background, and goals. We’ll discuss what brings you to counseling and determine how best to support your healing journey moving forward.

Traditional therapy helps improve symptom management, deepen understanding, and improve one's overall well-being through positive emotional, cognitive, and behavioral changes. Individuals who find their identity in Christ often want to understand how their faith relates to their unique mental and behavioral health situations and align their treatment goals and outcomes with their Christian beliefs.

Integrative Christian Counseling bridges the connection between evidence-based therapeutic methods and biblical/spiritual principles. Combining biblical and spiritual principles with evidence-based therapeutic approaches that align with biblical truth has been found to further improve the well-being of the whole person by empowering them to explore how they can utilize their unique strengths and personal faith-based values and practices to support their identifying, understanding, and changing problematic thoughts and behaviors that contribute to spiritual, psychological, physical, and social distress.

The goal is to come alongside Christians seeking to be more like Christ and aid them in applying therapeutic insights grounded in biblical truth to facilitate lasting change on their transformation journey with Christ.
